Pilates Mat work
Running every Monday from 5 pm to 6 pm at 6 Glenshea Street, Central Kids Conference Room
and Wednesday at Tokoroa High School from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm, bring your mat, $20 per session. Other times 1 on 1 Reformer training at 7 Marchant Street, Putaruru by appointment and booking is essential.
